Senior Full-Stack Developer

Contract-to-Hire | $90K–$160K



This is a great fit for someone who wants end-to-end ownership, enjoys working on small teams, and can partner directly with the business to turn ideas into working software.


Target stack:

  • React or similar
  • Node.js or similar
  • React Native preferred
  • Azure or AWS
  • AI-assisted development tools


What you’ll do:

  • Rebuild legacy systems into modern web apps
  • Build full-stack applications from scratch
  • Work directly with stakeholders across operations, sales, and manufacturing
  • Design APIs, databases, and scalable solutions
  • Help shape architecture, tooling, and engineering practices on a new team


What we're looking for:

  • 3–5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong full-stack background
  • Experience owning products or major features end-to-end
  • Ability to gather requirements from business users or clients
  • Experience with AI development tools and reviewing generated output thoughtfully
