You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
• As part of the Managed Services team you are set to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging advanced large language models and machine learning frameworks. As a Manager you are tasked with leading teams and managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This role presents a unique chance to drive business transformation through innovative AI applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science preferred
• 6+ years of experience in Python and cloud-native development
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and DevOps tools
• Knowledge of NLP, embeddings, and generative models
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with curiosity for AI capabilities
• Familiarity with front-end or back-end development preferred
• Experience with multimodal models preferred
• Prior exposure to digital transformation programs preferred
