What you’ll be doing
- Drive growth across flotation reagent programs through strategic account development and technical value-selling
- Lead flotation optimisation initiatives, plant trials, and process improvement projects within customer operations
- Build senior-level relationships across metallurgy, operations, procurement, and commercial teams
- Support commercial negotiations, forecasting, and pipeline development across a regional mining portfolio
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience within flotation, mineral processing, or mining chemical sales environments
- Strong technical understanding of flotation circuits, reagents, and process optimisation
- Commercially minded approach with a track record of growing mining customer accounts
- Ability to influence stakeholders across operational and leadership levels within mining organisations
