  • The Hong Kong office serves as a strategic hub, directly managing sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution, while driving expansion and operations across Asia Pacific and global markets (excluding Europe).

Role Purpose

  • You will drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships for our brand of smart watches, smart devices, and consumer electronics across both Asia Pacific and global markets.

Role Summary

  • Drive market development and accelerate revenue growth across both Asia Pacific and global markets (excluding the EU), strengthening and expanding the company’s established international presence.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure opportunities with distributors, retailers, OEM/ODM partners, and enterprise customers.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, lead commercial negotiations from initiation to closure, and implement scalable go‑to‑market programs across Asia Pacific and other priority markets.
  • Report directly to the COO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand market development and accelerate revenue growth simultaneously in Asia Pacific and global markets (excluding the EU).
  • Develop and manage pipelines across distributors, retail chains, e‑commerce platforms, and B2B partnerships.
  • Establish OEM/ODM collaborations for new product lines and co‑branded initiatives.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and pricing reviews; design tailored go‑to‑market strategies by country.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements (pricing, terms, MoUs, MSAs, distribution contracts) with support from legal and finance teams.
  • Forecast revenue, margin, and demand; ensure CRM discipline (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Partner with product, supply chain, and marketing teams to adapt assortments, packaging, and messaging for local markets.
  • Implement channel programs (sell‑in/sell‑through, promotions, trade marketing) to achieve quarterly objectives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings; travel extensively across APAC and other territories.
  • Provide deal reviews, risk assessments, and executive updates, with KPIs focused on revenue growth, margin, pipeline conversion, and partner onboarding speed.

Ideal Candidates

  • 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within consumer electronics, smart devices, or smart watches.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling in Asia Pacific and global markets.
  • Ability to generate new business in consumer electronics or smart devices.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills with distributors, retailers, and OEM/ODM partners.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Putonghua or other languages is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with retail and e‑commerce channels.
  • Proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making and analytical tools (Excel/Sheets, BI dashboards).
