We are looking for Senior Full Stack Engineers (6–10 years experience) with strong expertise in Java-based microservices and React frontend development, to build scalable systems in the international banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot microservices) and React
• Build scalable and high-performance distributed systems
• Work on system design, performance tuning, and architectural improvements
• Ensure code quality through best practices in SDLC, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

• 6–10 years of software development experience
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Hands-on experience in React (frontend development)
• Python/TypeScript acceptable for some backend components.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (GitOps preferred)
• Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance engineering
• Understanding of database scaling, sharding, and consistency models
• Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
• Strong communication skills

• Experience in A/B testing and feature flagging
• Exposure to banking or financial domain

• Large‑scale distributed systems, Performance engineering, data modeling
• Time/space complexity, algorithmic tradeoffs
• Race conditions, microservice consistency issues, sharding, database scaling
