Job Description

We are hiring a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and full-stack development, capable of independently delivering features and contributing to scalable system design. This role is not limited to Salesforce configuration, the ideal candidate must have solid development experience across Salesforce and external systems, with the ability to understand end-to-end application flow (UI, backend ,integrations). Candidates should demonstrate real project ownership, strong problem-solving ability, and practical implementation experience, not just theoretical knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain:

• Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async – Batch, Queueable, Future)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) with reusable architecture
• Design and implement solutions using the right balance of Flow vs Apex
• Build and manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Implement and maintain Salesforce security model (OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, FLS)
• Work on end-to-end feature development, including UI interaction, backend logic, and API integrations
• Collaborate with frontend/backend teams and contribute to full-stack solution design
• Debug and resolve issues using logs, performance analysis, and root cause identification
• Ensure code quality, test coverage, and adherence to best practices
• Participate in deployments, version control, and release processes

Mandatory Skills

• Salesforce Core Development -Strong hands-on experience in: Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async processing), LWC (mandatory – real project experience), SOQL/SOSL (optimized queries)
• Ability to handle: Governor limits, Test class design and coverage
• Salesforce Platform Expertise - Sales Cloud (mandatory)
• Strong implementation experience in OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules ,Profiles, Permission Sets, Field-Level Security
• Strong understanding of Declarative vs Programmatic decision-making (Flow vs Apex)
• Integration (Mandatory) Hands-on experience in REST/SOAP APIs, Callouts, Named Credentials, Error handling, logging, retry mechanisms
• Full-Stack Development (Mandatory – Practical Experience Required), Frontend (Must have hands-on experience in at least one), JavaScript React / Angular / Vue (any one), Backend (Must have hands-on experience in at least one) , Java / Python / .NET / Golang / Node.js
• Ability to understand and work on end-to-end system flow, Experience in API-based architecture and frontend-backend integration
• DevOps & Tools, Git (branching, commits, pull requests), Experience with deployment processes / CI-CD pipelines (basic to intermediate)

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Experience in Experience Cloud / FSC / CPQ
• Exposure to enterprise-level integrations
• Familiarity with Agile delivery
