ABOUT SPEKTR

At spektr, we are on a mission to automate the world’s most complex compliance workflows through AI. Founded by the team behind HelloFlow (acquired by Trulioo), spektr is building the infrastructure and AI agents to run compliance on scale.

Most large financial companies rely on thousands of employees to keep up with manually handling compliance. With spektr’s AI agents, we have the opportunity to change that and completly redefine how compliance operates.

This is a rare opportunity to join spektr at the moment of take-off. We have a proven product, already used by some of the largest and fastest-moving financial companies like Santander, Pleo, Phantom, and many more. Backed by Northzone, Seedcamp and PSV, we are scaling incredibly fast and changing the way compliance works in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth is huge.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for Enterprise Account Executives who can own a full sales cycle into tier-1 European banks, payments providers, and regulated enterprises. You will work directly with the founding team on every major deal; help shape the go-to-market playbook as we build it and be one of the first sellers in our new London hub.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Building and owning a named-account territory - from cold outreach to signed contract
  • Running multi-stakeholder enterprise deals across compliance, technology, and C-suite buyers
  • Surfacing feature requirements, pricing signals, and competitive intel directly to our product team
  • Representing spektr at industry events and partner meetings across London and Europe

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years in enterprise sales into financial services - banking, payments, insurance, or regulated fintech
  • Experience selling compliance, data, workflow, or platform products
  • Fluency navigating complex sales cycles with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Know how to build credibility with senior buyers in regulated or technical domains
  • Are humble, coachable, and ambitious, with a strong growth mindset
  • At least one stop at an early-stage company - you can and are excited to work in a startup environment
  • Fluency in a second European language (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is a genuine advantage

This role is not the right fit if you have only sold into challenger or neo-banks, if you need a mature SDR team before you can get going, or if you prefer to wait for problems to be flagged rather than surface them yourself.

Benefits

  • Work with exceptionally strong colleagues who challenge and support each other
  • Play a meaningful role in shaping an early-stage, category-defining company
  • Competitive base with uncapped commission, structured to reward large enterprise deals
  • Direct access to the founding team - no layers
  • The chance to shape the culture and motion of our London office from day one

OUR STANCE

We care deeply about building a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance team.

We encourage applications from candidates who may not tick every box but believe they can raise the bar. We value different perspectives, lived experiences, and ways of thinking - and we actively work to create an environment where everyone can do the best work of their career.
