We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join a growing staffing and workforce solutions team in Rochester, NY.


This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in business development, account management, and consultative selling within the staffing industry.

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Build long-term client relationships and deliver workforce solutions.
  • Create proposals, pricing models, and staffing strategies.

  • 2+ years of staffing agency sales experience required.
