This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in business development, account management, and consultative selling within the staffing industry.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver workforce solutions.
- Create proposals, pricing models, and staffing strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales target.
- Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
โ Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing agency sales experience required.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Local travel may be required.
