About the Company

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organisation operating a complex multi-site environment powered by Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) v10 on-premise. As part of continued investment in their ERP landscape and operational systems, they are looking to add an experienced SyteLine Developer to their internal IT team.

Position Summary

The SyteLine Developer will be responsible for the development, customization, support, and ongoing improvement of the company's Infor SyteLine v10 ERP system. This role will work closely with operations, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to deliver technical solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, automation, and overall business performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SyteLine development tools, SQL, and manufacturing processes, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable ERP enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Infor SyteLine v10 functionality within an on-premise environment
• Design and support custom forms, IDOs, event handlers, workflows, and application extensions using Mongoose
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support reporting, integrations, and data management
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports, dashboards, and operational reporting solutions
• Support integrations between SyteLine and third-party systems including MES, EDI, finance, and warehouse systems
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide technical support to end users across the business
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver process improvements and automation solutions
• Support system upgrades, testing, patching, and ongoing ERP optimization initiatives
• Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to internal development standards and best practices
• Create technical documentation and assist with user training where required

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) development experience
• Strong experience supporting SyteLine v10 environments
• Experience with:
  • Infor Mongoose
  • IDOs
  • Event Handlers
  • Form Customization
  • Application Event System
• Strong SQL Server / T-SQL development skills
• Experience developing SSRS reports and dashboards
• Understanding of manufacturing business processes including production, inventory, supply chain, and finance
• Experience supporting ERP integrations and data migration activities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Exposure to EDI, Factory Track, APS, or other Infor tools/modules
• Experience with .NET, C#, or API integrations
• Understanding of ERP implementation or upgrade projects
• Experience working in multi-site environments
