This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH, for an Inside Sales Account Executive at LendSure Mortgage Corp. In this role, you will handle lead generation, identify and qualify prospective clients, and manage ongoing client relationships. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls to build and nurture a pipeline, guiding prospective clients through LendSure’s loan programs, maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure personalized client support.
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to approach, identify, and acquire prospective clients
- Proven ability in Account Management and Relationship Building to establish trust and satisfaction with clients
- Exceptional Communication skills, including active listening, persuasive communication, and a professional demeanor
- Must be self-driven, goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with mortgage industry practices and loan products is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
