The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the SAP Technology team you are responsible for overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items and leading client status meetings. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You handle client relationships, provide functional and technical subject matter knowledge, and manage the project lifecycle to confirm timely delivery.

Supervising support ticketing queue with multiple open items

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree- 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preferred Field of Study: Computer Science
- ITIL process knowledge/understanding preferred
- Significant knowledge and experience in HANA Database and MS SQL Database Administration
- Experience in Disaster recovery setup and testing
- Experience in SAP BOBI, Data services installation, configuration and administration
- Familiar with SAP interfacing solutions
- Experience in use of SAP, specifically ABAP in a support/AMS environment
- Experience in building OData services using NetWeaver Gateway and ABAP- Experience in developing enterprise grade web services
