In Oracle human capital at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
• As part of the Application Evolution Services team you are responsible for implementing Oracle US Payroll and Canada Payroll solutions while mentoring junior team members. As a Senior Associate, you guide the delivery of client solutions, leveraging your technical strengths and critical thinking to navigate complex business issues and foster meaningful client relationships.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Experience in at least 2 End
• End Implementations in Oracle US Payroll or Canada Payroll
