The Opportunity
- When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
- As part of the Application Evolution Services team you are responsible for implementing Oracle US Payroll and Canada Payroll solutions while mentoring junior team members. As a Senior Associate, you guide the delivery of client solutions, leveraging your technical strengths and critical thinking to navigate complex business issues and foster meaningful client relationships.
- Evaluate payroll systems to enhance effectiveness and accuracy
- Mentor team members to build their capabilities and confidence
- Maintain professional standards in every interaction
- Address complex payroll issues with practical solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll needs
- Implement practices to streamline payroll processes
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights for improvements
- Support project teams in achieving their objectives
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Experience in at least 2 End
- End Implementations in Oracle US Payroll or Canada Payroll
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications preferred
- Proven proficiency in Oracle US Payroll and Canada Payroll
- Demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Mentoring junior team members and conducting knowledge sharing
- Adapting to stretch opportunities and assignments
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
- Managing incident, change, and problem management processes
- Conducting quality reviews of deliverables and status reporting
