Senior Software Engineer | Build What’s Next in Fixed Income Fintech

At InspereX, we’re building technology that changes how fixed income markets work — for institutions, advisors, and investors alike. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants more than maintenance work or greenfield hype alone. This role sits at the intersection of both.

You’ll help evolve and support a production-critical trading platform used every day by financial professionals, while also helping architect and build the next generation of our technology stack from the ground up.

Location Requirement

Candidates must be based within driving distance of one of the following office hubs: Delray Beach, FL; New York, NY; Fairfield, NJ; Chicago, IL; or Charlotte, NC, and be able to travel to their assigned office location periodically as business needs require.

You’ll work on:

• A live, revenue-generating trading platform built on C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and FIX integrations

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and enhance our existing ASP.NET platform supporting institutional fixed income trading workflows
• Build modern microservices and APIs powering our next-generation platform
• Collaborate on architectural decisions, not just implementation
• Optimize SQL Server performance and data access patterns
• Work with AI-assisted development tools as part of daily engineering workflows
• Contribute to observability, resiliency, and production quality practices
• Help modernize a mature platform while helping define what comes next

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong C#/.NET fundamentals
• Experience working in and improving existing production systems
• SQL Server expertise
• Comfort with TypeScript and modern engineering practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Engineers who think proactively, take ownership, and care deeply about quality

Experience with financial services, FIX protocol, React/Next.js, Kubernetes, or event sourcing is a strong plus, but curiosity and adaptability matter just as much.
