We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Manager to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in client relationship management, a proven ability to deliver sales results, and a genuine interest in technology-driven solutions that create meaningful business impact. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth while building long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement, meetings, and effective account management.
  • Present the company’s profile, products, and customized solutions to both prospective and existing customers.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with principals, suppliers, and strategic business partners.
  • Prepare and submit weekly activity reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to provide visibility on progress and opportunities.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and company solutions by participating in trainings, seminars, and webinars.
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment by sharing insights, best practices, and market intelligence.
  • Demonstrate initiative by taking ownership of tasks beyond assigned responsibilities, applying proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Represent the company professionally in marketing events, trade shows, and industry activities organized by management, suppliers, or principals.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Background in IT, systems integration, or a related technology-driven industry.
  • Established professional network within the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of solution selling and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.


Nice to Have :

  • Experience managing multiple enterprise-level accounts (e.g., conglomerates, financial institutions, or government organizations).
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value or complex deals.
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
