Position Overview
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving sales performance and managing a portfolio of national client accounts, with a strong focus on the FMCG sector. The role spans key account management, new client acquisition, and active contribution to business development efforts.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience handling micro to mid-sized enterprises or pharmacy accounts, a solid grasp of logistics or FMCG operations, and the drive to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

- National Account Management Oversee and grow a portfolio of national client accounts with particular focus on FMCG, micro to mid-sized enterprises, and pharmacy clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive retention and revenue growth.
- Client Acquisition Identify, pursue, and onboard new clients to expand the company's market reach. Proactively generate leads and develop compelling pitches tailored to prospective client needs.
- Sales Strategy and Planning Design and execute account plans and sales strategies aligned with revenue targets. Continuously refine approaches based on account performance data and market conditions.
- Cross-functional Coordination Partner with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery. Act as the client's advocate internally to resolve concerns efficiently and uphold service standards.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting Regularly track account performance metrics and prepare structured reports with actionable insights. Use data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Market and Competitor Intelligence Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and shifts in the FMCG market. Leverage this knowledge to sharpen account strategies and stay ahead of client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development
- Proven experience managing client accounts across micro to mid-sized enterprises or pharmacy sectors is highly preferred
- Prior exposure to the logistics or FMCG industry is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple national accounts while consistently meeting sales targets
