Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Makati for a Sales Account Manager at Datumstruct. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, account management, lead generation, and effective communication with clients to drive sales growth and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts while identifying their needs.
- Expand the company’s business by developing strong, lasting client relationships.
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Generate new sales opportunities and successfully close deals.
- Analyze market competition by comparing company offerings with competitors'.
- Ensure profitability of products and services under your portfolio.
- Prepare and present reports on account status and sales performance.
- Utilize strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to drive business success.
- Maintain professional email correspondence and deliver compelling presentations.
- Leverage knowledge in Data Center technology and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven background in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Strong people skills with business acumen.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.
