🚀 The Opportunity

Most AMs close at 20–30%. This team closes at 50–60%, because the product is legally irreplaceable. Our client owns the typeface library that enterprise brands, device manufacturers, and global media companies are built on. Two Growth AM seats are open as the team builds out a dedicated account management function for the first time.


🏢 The Business

We represent a leading font and typography platform: An IP SaaS business with a typeface library that no competitor can replicate. Their subscription platform gives enterprise clients access to the full library, with licensing agreements extending to device manufacturers and global brands across 100+ markets. The EMEA AM team has just been restructured: new business is now separate, and a dedicated account management function is being built under an experienced leader. This hire is part of that build. The commercial leverage is built in.


🎯 The Role

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across DACH & Eastern Europe with focus on growth & upsell
  • Use proprietary font usage research to identify upsell triggers and drive expansion conversations
  • Close six-figure upsell deals (ACV)
  • Run strategic account reviews and lead multi-threaded relationships from design teams to legal
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Legal to deliver seamless commercial outcomes


💡 What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in B2B Account Management or target-based sales
  • A six-figure deal on your CV — upsell ACV, new business ACV, or TCV
  • Experience closing or extending multi-year contracts
  • A data-driven approach — you can read usage data and turn it into a commercial conversation
  • Fluent German and English; based in or willing to relocate to Berlin


Nice to have: SaaS, FinTech, or hardware background; experience navigating enterprise procurement

€150k OTE (60/40 base/commission split) Accelerators: 2x commission from 100–150% attainment; 3x above 150%
