Account Executive – DACH Market
Our client is looking for an Account Executive to join their DACH sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound SaaS sales, building relationships, and managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, product demos, and closing deals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations
- Work closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to support customer onboarding and growth
- Develop expertise in expense management and the company’s SaaS platform
Requirements
- 4+ years proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets within Fintech / Payments
- Experience with card solutions
- Experience in outbound sales and closing deals
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond well to feedback
- Previous SaaS sales experience preferred, ideally in an Account Executive role
- Fluent in both English and German

Team & Growth
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. Within the first six months, they will be expected to build their own pipeline, close key deals, and further develop their SaaS sales expertise.
