Are you a driven sales professional looking to make a significant impact in the packaging industry?About The Role

This position serves as the primary contact for designated accounts within a specified territory, focusing on maintaining existing business and acquiring new opportunities. The role is essential for implementing business and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales goals, ensuring profitable year-over-year growth for the assigned territory.
  • Leverage knowledge of company products and market conditions to secure business wins.
  • Expand business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking.
  • Manage account complexities and communicate customer needs internally.
  • Support key business negotiations to promote company interests and influence decisions.
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, enhancing sales initiatives.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to support growth strategies and commercialization processes.
  • Coordinate with Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service for customer trials.
  • Manage accounts receivable with assistance from the credit department.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Marketing to address unmet customer needs.
  • Report on sales and marketing performance and drive forecast accuracy.
  • Manage account planning, pipeline management, profitability improvements, and churn in CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in technical, sales, and general management, preferably within the packaging industry.
  • Experience in a large-scale business-to-business environment.
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability.
  • Experience with negotiations.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 60% of the time.
