• Tackle high-impact, complex challenges directly with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Build working, production-grade solutions using any technology stack — no constraints, just results.

• Break down ambiguous problems into clear, executable steps with precision and speed.
• Ship outcomes, not just features — with quality, reliability, and compliance at the core.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on Fullstack Development experience across diverse systems and domains.
• A proven track record of solving tough problems — not just writing code, but shipping solutions that matter.
• Deep curiosity and a bias for action: You build first, discuss second.
• Experience using AI tools (like AiDE®) to accelerate development, debug, design, and validate.
• Strong logical thinking and the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable plans.
• Evidence of what you’ve built: open-source projects, hackathons, prototypes, or real-world implementations.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments — you learn quickly, iterate faster, and own outcomes.
