Full Stack Developer - Java

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Engineer (Java Full Stack) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, a solid understanding of the software development life cycle, and hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and APIs for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to define and implement high-quality solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure the technical feasibility, performance, and scalability of applications.
• Follow best practices in coding standards, testing, monitoring, and documentation.
• Lead and contribute to discussions on architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and software engineering best practices.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React (or similar frameworks).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Experience with application performance, scalability, and security considerations.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools for ensuring code quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for learning new technologies and applying them effectively.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers when needed.
