Precision Bolts & Boulons Plus’ Group is a team of nearly 80 employees with a strong reputation in structural bolts and anchoring systems. Today, we’re taking the next step: opening a brand-new branch in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Position Description:
Reporting directly to the branch’s Managing Director, the Technical Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
- Demonstrate rigor in managing dashboards and conducting client calls
- Follow up with clients who have not made a purchase for some time to maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently
- Process customer requests
- Issue and send purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system
- Communicate clearly between the client and the production team to ensure strong team representation and set customer expectations
- Understand Precision Bolts / Boulons Plus’ capabilities and communicate them effectively to clients in order to manage expectations properly
- Perform all other related tasks
Education:
- College diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with structural fasteners or structural steel highly desired
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), including advanced Excel skills
- Ease in using integrated software systems
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor, an asset)
Skills:
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to anticipate client needs and match them with appropriate products and services
- Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Interest in sales, with strong stress and priority management abilities
