Account Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Insurance Broker. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone with little to no prior experience in insurance, but with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. You will be supported by experienced brokers and trained across all aspects of the insurance broking process, with a clear pathway for career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting senior brokers with day-to-day client management and administration
• Assisting with policy renewals, endorsements, and new business processing
• Communicating with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Learning how to assess risk and develop tailored insurance solutions
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
• Gradually building confidence to manage your own portfolio over time
