Purpose of the Job:
- Managing, retaining, and growing relationships with a company’s most valuable KA customers in the Modern Off Trade to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Build long-term, high-quality, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at customer’s organizations
- Develop and implement Joint Business Plans that align with both the customer’s goals and the company’s volume, revenue and profitability targets
- Serve as a Category Management expert supporting ABI’s distribution partners and KA customers
Responsibilities:
- Lead JBP with key account customers across all Modern Trade accounts.
- Deliver key Modern Trade in-store Best-in-Class execution.
- Lead opportunities to utilize the portfolio and deliver business growth.
- Lead Commercial KPI reports and action plans with a focus on maximizing ROI
- Review monthly Nielsen reports and lead actions with deep-dive analysis.
- Serve as Category Management Expert leveraging ABI’s best in class toolkits
- External Focus: Conduct volume reviews with distributors and align strategic game plans with them.
- Lead monthly presentation decks for the Thailand market.
- Enhance S&OP processes, inventory management, and order management
Requirements
- 5 years experience in Key Account, preferred alcohol/consumer goods experience.
- Alcohol industry work experience, commercial and general management experiences are preferred.
- Skilled in intellectual firepower and balanced skillset (numbers, presentation, interpersonal, organizational).
- Strong Leadership skill.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Strong in Power Point and Excel.
- AC Nielsen System.
