You will...
- Build, manage and develop long-term e-commerce relationships. Achieve targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with e-commerce partners.
- Develop plan, KPI and goals to achieve for each e-commerce partner.
- Define and implement Go-to-Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales, finance).
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
- Prepare and present products proposals to future and current e-commerce partners.
- Own brand activations.
- Drive sales performance through improving brand visibility, e-shop merchandising, Promotion Strategy, Content, Livestream, and other available in-platform tools.
- Lead Total Online Livestream Activation Manage in-platform promotion budget, Ensure compliance to P&L Guideline. Monitor Daily Online Sales Activity, Provide Insight on full e-Com Metrics: GMV, PV, Items, ASP, Basket Size.
- Analyze Product Mix, Continuously Monitor Bundles & Trials Packs Performance Analyze In-Platform Media.
- Stay up to date with Latest in-platform feature.
- Execute multiple test & learn scenarios.
- Drive Collaboration & Operational Excellence.
- Ensure Compliance across ATP, Promotion and Visual Execution within platform.
- Having minimum 3 years working experience as E-KAM, preferably in FMCG and ecommerce platform
- Currently handling or has previously managed Shopee and TikTok Shop accounts.
- Proficient in English
- Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
- High interest on beauty industry
- Has ability to seek new trends in e-commerce
