About the Role

We are seeking a high‑impact Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy, key account growth, and solution development for one of Thailand’s leading integrated logistics providers specializing in industrial, and cross‑border logistics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the commercial strategy to accelerate revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Own P&L, pricing strategy, commercial governance, and performance management.
  • Drive new business acquisition across industrial, and regional markets.
  • Design logistics solutions combining Warehouse, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Customs, and Cross‑border services.
  • Translate customer pain points into commercially viable end-to-end solutions.
  • Develop and launch new solution packages that leverage operational assets and technology platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers supporting strategic customers.
  • Build long-term enterprise client relationships and drive multi‑service uptake.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and ensure highest customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new sectors and geographies to expand integrated logistics services.
  • Lead commercial initiatives for EEC, CLMV, and ASEAN trade corridors.
  • Establish and grow partnerships with carriers, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Warehouse, Transport, IT, Finance, Safety & Compliance to ensure service excellence.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial promises and operational capability.


Qualifications

  • 15+ years' experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or Industrial Operations.
  • Proven commercial leadership with P&L ownership.
  • Expertise in solution design, contract logistics, transport management, and international logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience leading large teams and cross-functional units.
