If you're a skilled sales professional adept at building client relationships to drive sales and expand client bases in the digital media industry, Sale Here Thailand is looking for an **Account Executive** to join our growing and dynamic team!

**Role & Main Objectives:**

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in:

* **Building Sustainable Client Relationships:** Fostering long-term partnerships and driving sustained sales.

* **Client Base Expansion:** Planning and executing strategies to acquire new clients.

* **Client Retention:** Nurturing and ensuring satisfaction for our existing customer base.

* **Achieving Sales Targets:** Driving sales performance in line with company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Presenting and selling the company's online and social media advertising products.

* Acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with current ones.

* Understanding client needs (briefs) and clearly communicating product information.

* Preparing sales support data and reports as per client requirements.

* Acting as the primary liaison for negotiations and conflict resolution between clients and internal teams.

* Providing guidance and ensuring the accuracy of client deliverables.

**Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and persuasive communication skills; able to address immediate challenges effectively.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player, and an outstanding coordinator.

* Knowledge of advertising and market analysis. (Media sales experience is highly desirable.)

* For Senior Account Executive, a minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.

* Highly enthusiastic, adaptable, and responsive to company directives.

* Flexible in working hours, able to work beyond standard hours when necessary.

* Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure.

ขยายฐานลูกค้า: วางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มลูกค้าใหม่

รักษาลูกค้าเดิม: ดูแลและสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับฐานลูกค้าปัจจุบัน

บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขาย: ขับเคลื่อนยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก:

- นำเสนอและขายผลิตภัณฑ์สื่อออนไลน์และโซเชียลมีเดียของบริษัท

- เพิ่มฐานลูกค้าใหม่และรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน

- ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า (Brief) และให้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ชัดเจน

- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและรายงานสนับสนุนการขายตามความต้องการของลูกค้า

- เป็นผู้ประสานงานหลักในการเจรจาและแก้ไขข้อขัดแย้งระหว่างลูกค้ากับทีมงาน

- ให้คำแนะนำและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของงานที่ส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี

- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การแก้ปัญหา และวาทศิลป์ที่ดีเยี่ยม สามารถแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้

- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีเยี่ยม ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ และเป็นนักประสานงานที่ยอดเยี่ยม

- มีความรู้เรื่องการลงโฆษณาและการวิเคราะห์การตลาด (หากมีประสบการณ์ขายงานสื่อ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

- สำหรับตำแหน่ง Senior Account Executive ต้องมีประสบการณ์งานขาย 2 ปีขึ้นไป

- มีความกระตือรือร้นสูง พร้อมปรับตัวเข้ากับทิศทางของบริษัทเสมอ

- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน สามารถทำงานนอกเวลาทำการได้หากจำเป็น

- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
