Account Executive / Sales Executive — SaaS | Melbourne (Remote-Friendly)

We're hiring for a fast-growing SaaS platform helping large organisations take control of their assets, standards, and compliance across distributed networks. With 1,000+ sites already live and strong market momentum, we're growing our sales team and looking for an experienced Account Executive to join us.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close, with real accountability and visible impact.


What you'll be doing:

  • Generate new business through proactive outbound activity
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, follow-ups, and closing
  • Run structured outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Build and progress a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Translate complex operational challenges into compelling value propositions
  • Keep CRM records accurate and maintain deal momentum throughout


What we're looking for:

  • Proven SaaS or subscription software sales experience
  • Strong B2B outbound background with a track record of hitting targets
  • Comfortable managing longer deal cycles with consistent follow-up
  • Confident communicator who handles objections with composure
  • Self-motivated, organised, and genuinely target-driven
  • Experienced with CRM tools and structured sales processes
