We are seeking a driven, consultative sales professional to lead outside business development efforts across the Greater Denver market. This is a true field sales role focused on prospecting, relationship building, solution selling, and developing long-term partnerships with decision-makers in corporate and wellness-focused environments.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development throughout the Greater Denver territory
- Build relationships with corporate wellness centers, health clubs, healthcare facilities, hospitality groups, and other commercial fitness-focused organizations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and site visits throughout the territory
- Develop tailored fitness and wellness solutions based on client needs
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while continuously generating new opportunities
- Track pipeline activity, customer engagement, and sales performance through CRM tools
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-level customer experience
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience selling into corporate, healthcare, hospitality, executive, or commercial environments preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, develop territory, and close complex deals
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing longer sales cycles and high-value accounts
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment
- CRM experience required; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Passion for fitness, wellness, health, or performance-driven lifestyles is highly preferred
- $80K–$100K base salary depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure
- $160K on-target earnings within approximately 18 months
