Lockheed Martin is looking for an energetic, hardworking, and creative senior leader to lead the FBM Mk7 Integration team. The most successful candidate for this position will find deep fulfillment in seeing all the elements of Mk7 capability integration be successful as we deliver this weapon system to the U.S. Navy. Candidate will need to be able to work with many different organizations and our Navy partners to see complex strategies come to life. This position will report to the FBM Modernization Program Management Director. This position will be located in Littleton, CO full-time at the Waterton campus. Travel will be required up to 50% of the time mostly to other FBM campuses and the FBM office in Washington, DC.
As The FBM Mk7 Integration Senior Manager, You Will
Manage the Mk7 reentry system development program integration performance across multiple different FBM directorates – including managing a comprehensive business rhythm and being the “one voice” for performance status of all responsible integrated elements. Lead the Mk7 proposal and be responsible for ensuring that all scope to integrate the Mk7 capability into the FBM program is included. Seamlessly Integrate with the Mk7 reentry body program manager and the Strategic Reentry Programs mission area. Develop strong partnerships with FBM co-contractors to ensure that overall Mk7 mission objectives and schedules are met for Navy Strategic Systems Programs.
Desired Skills
Direct experience leading and developing a team within a formal leadership position
Experience on the FBM program, or with the Navy SSP Customer
Experience with software development
Experience with systems engineering principles and practices on a major development program
Experience with payload interfaces and integration
Experience with assembly, integration, and flight test
Experience with proposals and capture management
Active Top Secret DoD security clearance
