STACK offers the scale and geographic reach that rapidly growing hyperscale and enterprise companies need. The world runs on data. Data runs on STACK.
The Position
STACK is transforming its go-to-market operating model to match the scale and sophistication of the world’s most demanding data center customers. We’re hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to architect the systems backbone that powers revenue growth — aligning sales, marketing, and operations through scalable processes, clean data models, and integrated platforms.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks in operating models, not just tools — and who can turn strategy into systems that perform.
As a leader and communicator, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will bring a deep understanding in defining business objectives, success metrics, and future-state operating models. This includes account hierarchy, parent/child relationships, contact role clarity, and relationship visibility workflows.
- Design and implement a scalable GTM systems architecture that supports account-based selling, complex parent/child hierarchies, and multi-stakeholder relationship visibility.
- Translate business strategy into system design — defining future-state workflows, data models, and integrations that enable predictable pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- Rationalize and modernize the current application ecosystem, eliminating redundancy and ensuring clean interoperability across CRM, ERP, marketing, and related platforms.
- Deliver measurable adoption and business impact post-launch, including improved data integrity, reporting clarity, and sales process consistency.
- Own integration strategy and execution, ensuring reliable data flow between systems with clearly documented requirements and testable validation criteria.
- Establish governance and optimization frameworks that sustain long-term value — including enhancement prioritization, vendor management, and performance tracking.
- Bring structure to complexity, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs while maintaining execution momentum.
- Location: Denver, Colorado
- Travel: 0%
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with at least one Sales Operations type platforms e.g., NetSuite, Demand Farm, HubSpot, Dealpath/DealCloud (CRE). Marketing Operations experience a plus.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise system implementations with measurable operational impact
- Deep experience supporting sales operations, pre-sales, or pipeline management environments
- Strong understanding of account modeling, account hierarchies, contact role clarity, and relationship tracking
- Experience defining and documenting integrations across CRM, ERP, and adjacent platforms
- Demonstrated ability to convert business objectives into structured requirements, workflows, and system designs
