ServiceNow Developer IRM

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience developing and integrating ServiceNow modules, including IRM, GRC, BAM, TPRM, CSM, HRSD, and Service Catalog (both out-of-the-box and customized solutions).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC, with preferred experience in configuring the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal customization and REST API integrations.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with architectural best practices.
• Ability to conduct peer code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering maintainable and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and other web technologies.
• Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient platform solutions.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required (active).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required (active).
