We are looking for a skilled and proactive .NET Developer who will not only develop applications but also help build the team’s development competencies and contribute to shaping its organization, standards, and engineering culture.
You will work with modern cloud technologies, containerized environments, and a .NET based application stack. A strong mentoring mindset and technical leadership approach are key to this role.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#
- Frontend .NET Blazor
- Backend ASP.NET
- Design and optimize SQL structures, migrations, and performance in PostgreSQL.
- Build, containerize, and deploy services using Docker and manage them through Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain automation and CI/CD pipelines (Ansible; optionally GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps Pipelines).
- Ensure high-quality engineering practices unit tests, integration tests, end‑to‑end tests, performance testing, and security testing.
- Take an active role in mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and pair programming.
- Support the organizational development of the team improving processes, standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to drive technical improvements and deliver business value.

- Testing unit, integration, e2e, performance, security (tooling selected based on project needs)
- 4–5+ years of commercial experience in C#/.NET development.
- Strong hands‑on experience with ASP.NET and Blazor
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation using Ansible; (GitLab CI/CD/Azure DevOps is a plus).
- Understanding of testing strategies and quality assurance.
- Technical maturity clean coding standards, SOLID, code reviews, architectural thinking.
- Willingness and ability to mentor others and support skill development within the team.
