About the position


We are looking for a strategic Key Account Sales Manager to drive sales, develop and implement commercial strategies, and build strong client relationships. This person will also manage financial performance and lead a high-performing team.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company goals and market demands.
  • Oversee and drive the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure the alignment of product offerings with market needs.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team.


Requirements:


  • 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Manager or a related role (preferably within the IT and consumer electronics industry)
  • Proven experience in the IT and consumer electronics industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Proficiency in Greek and English is required.

  • Working experience on an international landscape is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiation experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
