What You Will Do:
- Manage and strengthen existing client accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and drive business growth
- Develop and execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to introduce new products and services to current clients
- Prepare, present and negotiate sales proposals, tender documents and client presentations to enhance client partnerships
- Build and deepen relationships with clients at all levels (C-level and operational), ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor client needs and identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts
- Collaborate with headquarters and internal sales teams to develop strategies, marketing support, and tailored client solutions
- Track competitor strategies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
What Will You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related field
- Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in software solutions sales, ideally in Banking and Wealth Management, in local and/or international markets
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
