Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of commercial lines accounts, including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Directors & Officers, Property, Boiler and Machinery, and other related policies.
Handling quoting, applications, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and marketing.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with underwriters and clients.
Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to emails and inquiries.
Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks to maintain high standards of service.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record in account management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred, along with Adobe and Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel.
