Candidates should live within the Houston territory or within a reasonable commuting distance.
What You’ll Do
- Drive territory growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and performance expectations
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers
- Conduct approximately 5–7 customer meetings per day within the territory
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans alongside regional leadership
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and proactively manage opportunities through CRM tools
- Educate customers on products, training initiatives, and practice-growth strategies
- Analyze territory performance trends and identify new growth opportunities
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, and industry developments
- Participate in regional meetings, industry events, and ongoing sales training
- Manage administrative responsibilities including call reporting, expense tracking, and territory updates

Experience
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience required
- Healthcare, medical device, or related industry experience preferred
- Experience selling tangible products strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
