What your new challenge will look like
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the life sciences sector, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Coordinate targeted marketing campaigns, execute and oversee account-based marketing activities for key accounts
- Support the development and execution of outreach strategies in collaboration with the Lead Generation team and ensure smooth execution
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and drive tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM system
- Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Represent 4flow professionally at life sciences industry events and networking activities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of services, software solutions, or complex applications in the field of supply chain management and/or logistics, within the life sciences industry is a plus
- Solid understanding of supply chain planning and operations; familiarity with Pharma, BioPharma, or MedTech is a plus
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
- Able to work independently with a high level of ownership while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Willing and flexible to travel up to 50% across Europe for client engagement and business development
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong sense of initiative and results orientation
- Curious and eager to learn, embracing new challenges and continuously expanding knowledge in life sciences and supply chain topics
