We’re building AI-powered infrastructure that automates complex operational workflows in healthcare — helping teams aggregate, organize, and analyze fragmented medical data faster and more accurately.


We’re looking for a Software Engineer who wants high ownership, fast iteration cycles, and the opportunity to shape both product and engineering culture from the ground up.


What you’ll work on:

• Build core product features across the stack

• Create internal tooling that improves operational efficiency

• Work directly with users and rapidly ship improvements

• Help define architecture and engineering best practices early on


What we’re looking for:

• Strong full-stack engineering skills

• Experience shipping production features end-to-end

• Startup mindset with a bias toward action

• Interest in AI/LLMs and workflow automation

• Excitement about working closely with customers
