Your Tasks – What You can expect as Account Manager Sales?

  • Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups
  • Support sales planning, forecasting, and order execution activities
  • Liaise with Production, Dispatch, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints
  • Prepare sales reports, customer analysis, and management presentations
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives, including customer engagement activities
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
  • Support achievement of sales targets and overall customer satisfaction objectives

Your Profile – What do You bring as Account Manager Sales?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate / MNC environment
  • Strong coordination, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
