ServiceNow Developer with IRM (f/m/x)

Your tasks
- Creating and maintaining existing documentation
- Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
- Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
- Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
- Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
- Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
- Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
- Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
- Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
- Integrating with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
- Validating the technical solution before deployment
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
- Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
- Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
- An organized and focused approach to work
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications
