Salesforce Developer (contract)

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong DevOps discipline, a passion for clean code, and proven experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations in high-performing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Lead and execute Data Cloud implementations, including data ingestion, transformation, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
- Build and customize Agentforce agents and leverage Salesforce AI capabilities to enhance automation and user experience
- Develop robust integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events
- Architect and deliver custom applications aligned with business requirements and scalability standards
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable deployments
- Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, data governance policies, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Analyze and improve system performance, maintainability, and reliability
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (mandatory)
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- Experience with Agentforce agent development and Salesforce AI features
- Proven track record of building custom Salesforce applications
- Strong expertise in integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Platform Events)
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development frameworks
- Solid understanding of security best practices and data governance
- Experience using:
- Salesforce DX (SFDX)
- Git-based version control systems
- Deep experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Jenkins
- GitHub Actions
- Azure DevOps
- Experience with:
- Automated testing and deployments
- Environment management and release processes
- Strong knowledge of coding best practices and quality frameworks
- Experience with tools such as:
- PMD
- Checkmarx
- ESLint
- SonarQube
- Jest
- Expertise in static code analysis and security scanning
- Proven experience managing and enforcing:
- Apex code coverage (minimum 75%+)
- Strong emphasis on writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
