Role: React UI Developer

Location: Whippany, NJ - Hybrid

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated React UI Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript technologies. This role requires close collaboration with UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Required Skills

Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries

Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility

Experience working with REST APIs and integrating backend services

Familiarity with Git/version control systems

Knowledge of UI component libraries such as Material-UI, Bootstrap, or Ant Design

Experience with debugging and performance optimization techniques

Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Node.js or full-stack exposure is a plus

Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js

Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews

Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
