Position Overview:

As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club team, you will providecriticalfunctional support across multiple Freedom Boat Club dock locations.The role will be located inFlorida, with occasional travel across the state required.This roleprovidesthe opportunity to work on a variety of HR responsibilities includingonboarding coordination,employee relations, HRIS data management, policy and program administration, reporting and analysis, and process improvement.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides excellent customer service skills while answering employee requests and questions

  • Coordinates all aspects of the onboarding process across all locations

  • Facilitate all aspects of various leave processes (FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation) across Florida Clubs

  • Counselsemployees and managers in Florida Clubsregardingchange, conflict management and performance issues and recommends disciplinary action, when necessary

  • Partners effectively with HRBusiness Partners andspecialist groups such as Payroll, Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition

  • Assistsin developing opportunities to drive strong employee engagement

  • Conducts audits of payroll,benefitsand other HR programs, as needed

  • Supports HR initiatives such as compensation planning, talent review andbenefitsopen enrollment

  • Works with business leaders to foster a positive company culture

  • Pulls reports and provides analytics related to people metrics

  • Executes changes within Workday, the HRIS system

  • Participates in the creation and maintenance of HR forms,documentsand employee files

  • Coordinate with HR counterparts across the enterprise to ensure alignment and completion of activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

  • 2-5 years of relevant HR experience

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • High attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Working understanding of human resources principles,practicesand procedures

  • Must handle confidential and sensitive material appropriately and with discretion

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting an hourly workforce

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate change and successfully execute change management

Working Conditions:

  • This position is a full time (40-hour work week)

  • Remote position with virtual collaboration across teams and time zones

Theanticipatedpay range for this position is$54,300 to $75,400,annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
