The Director, Configuration provides strategic leadership and direction for the organization’s benefit configuration and claims platform operations across all core systems. This role is accountable for the multi-year configuration roadmap, ensuring scalability, quality, compliance, and operational excellence while enabling growth and superior client and member experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ Years of experience in healthcare benefit configuration or claims system administration
- 5+ Years of leadership experience in a managerial or director-level capacity leading multi-site teams or programs
- Advanced knowledge of medical/vision claims adjudication, benefit structures, medical policy administration, and provider reimbursement methodologies
- Proven experience establishing governance, policies, and controls in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC); strong audit readiness and corrective action planning
