Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or technical support in a fast-moving environment Strong proficiency in supporting macOS environments, basic network troubleshooting, and hardware support Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) workflows Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with empathy and patience
