The role involves designing, building, and scaling next-generation AI agents that integrate with enterprise data and services to solve real-world problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in native agentic coding
- Experience building distributed systems, microservices, or complex backend APIs that support AI/agent workflows
- Understanding of agent orchestration patterns, state management, and asynchronous workflows
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and operational engineering best practices
- Good grasp of performance optimization, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
