Revenue Operations Associate - Private Equity

The Revenue Operations Associate will support the Private Equity practice by maintaining data in Salesforce and Kantata, partnering with leaders to ensure data accuracy, and providing business process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Technological proficiency and hands-on data management and data administration
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and timeliness
• Interest in Salesforce, Kantata, CRM systems, PSA systems, AI-driven technology enablement, and revenue operations technology
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a Salesforce-heavy RevOps function of an AI-forward organization
• Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
