Software Engineer (C++ / CPU Internals) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in C++ and CPU Internals, you will write high-performance code that directly exploits modern processor architecture. You will push the boundaries of execution efficiency, ensuring that every instruction and memory access is optimized for maximum throughput and minimal latency.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement core C++ systems optimized for SIMD vectorization and instruction-level parallelism.
• Analyze and refine data structures to maximize cache hierarchy efficiency and minimize memory stalls.
• Utilize low-level profiling tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks at the CPU level.
• Optimize branch prediction behavior and execution paths to ensure smooth pipeline flow.
• Develop zero-cost abstractions that leverage compile-time techniques without sacrificing runtime speed.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on systems programming and low-level C++.
• Advanced proficiency in C++ and deep understanding of CPU architecture, including SIMD and cache hierarchy optimization.
• Proven expertise in optimizing code for branch prediction and instruction-level parallelism.
• Hands-on experience with hardware-level performance tuning and profiling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
