About the Role

We’re looking for a highly capable SystemsAdministrator to assist with and eventually own identity, SaaS, and cloudsecurity across the company. This role is responsible for ensuring secureaccess, proper configuration, and ongoing governance of our core platformsincluding Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365/Azure AD.

You’ll work closely with Security,Engineering, and Operations to enforce strong access controls, maintaincompliance with security frameworks, and improve the systems and workflows thatsupport how Inkit operates. This is a great role for someone who enjoysbuilding secure foundations, managing critical infrastructure, and bringingstructure and reliability to a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

•Provisionand manage systems account access via Rippling and Google Workspace SSO

•Managethe full user lifecycle (provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes)

•Implementand maintain MFA, conditional access, and identity governance policies

Security & Compliance

•Monitorand audit system access, authentication logs, and platform activity

•Conductperiodic access reviews

•Respondto and support security incidents related to identity and access

•Assistleadership with special projects related to internal operations, processimprovement, and organizational efficiency

Automation & Process Improvement

•Developautomations for account management, reporting, and audits

•Improveonboarding, offboarding, and access approval workflows

•Integratesystems using APIs to reduce manual work and improve reliability

Collaboration & Support

•Partnerwith Security, HR, and Engineering to define and enforce access policies

•Provideinternal company support for authentication and access-related issues

•Documentsystem configurations, procedures, and security policies

What We’re Looking For

Required

•3–5+years of experience in systems administration and identity access management

•Strongunderstanding of SSO, SAML, and OAuth

•Experienceimplementing MFA and conditional access policies

•Strongattention to detail and security-first mindset

•Abilityto manage multiple systems and priorities effectively

•Clearwritten and verbal communication skills

Bonus

•Certificationssuch as Security+

•Handson experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID)

•Experiencewith identity providers (Platform One, Okta, etc.)

•Familiaritywith security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST

•Experiencewith endpoint management / MDM solutions

•Experiencewith SIEM tools and log analysis

Compensation Range

$80,000 - $120,000 USD
